hi I have win vista sp2 and installed &tp but it only changed start up and shutting down pages and unbelievably it change ma win to win 98 theme I don’t have any welcome center when I install 7TP I do it as administrator and in safe mode separately and nothing happened no welcome center and nothing in my add/remove program in control panel
unfortunately I dont have any restor point , plz help me I strongly need your help
